Panguitch means "big fish" in Paiute language which should tell you about the fishing here. It is a well known attraction in southern Utah, for Trout anglers. Great ATV tour options, caves, and other outdoor activities besides the typically wonderful fishing. It kicks out great big Tiger, Rainbow, and Cutthroat Trout. It's a good fly fishing lake, but bait anglers and conventional fishermen are all taking their fair share of big fish. The resort
