Washington
The Columbia is famous for so many amazing things. Let's start by saying everything grows huge in this river. It spans through British Columbia, Washington bordering Oregon as well and heads for the ocean. It contains over 60 fish species! The main attractions include giant White Sturgeon, great Smallmouth Bass fishing, huge Walleye, and populations of Salmon and northern Trout species, and even a popular American Shad run! There is so much to break down about this entire eco system, but this is a great place to start. There is always so much to learn about a system this large, but as mentioned. This ought to get you started.
