Henry's Lake

Alpine lake in eastern Idaho that hosts Brook trout, Cutthroat trout and its especially famous for the unique hybrid Cut-bow trout that can exceed 30 inches in size.

The Snake is famous for a lot of things, but in Idaho, there is something very unique and popular that it is particularly famous for, and that is the gigantic White Sturgeon! These fish regularly grow longer than 10 feet. They can weigh over 500 lbs and be over 100 years old. If that isn't something that sounds amazing to you, I'm not sure what will!

Lake Cascade

Cascade is one of the most famous Yellow Perch fisheries in the world. It boasts massive Yellow Perch regularly. Fish exceeding 15 inches are not uncommon with many reaching 16 plus. It is very popular for ice fishing, but is still a great fishery any time of year. If you're a perch fisherman, this is the place for you.

Lake Pend Oreille

Known for trophy fish opportunities of various species, Pend Oreille is an awesome Idaho fishery. It is Idaho's largest and deepest lake. 38th largest lake in the U.S. Although it has big Walleye, Pike, Lake Trout, Kokanee Salmon, and Smallmouth Bass, It is probably most famous for it's giant Kamloops strain Rainbow Trout. These get huge here!

Priest Lake

Priest is famous for quite a few large fish species. Lake Trout are the most prominent trophy fish here, but there are Bluegill, Perch, Smallmouth Bass, Kokanee Salmon, Bull Trout, and Cutthroat here as well. The lakers grow to over 40 pounds here. The Idaho state record comes from Priest.
